Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, business name, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card details).

Business Data You Enter: We store data you input into the Service, including client names and contact information, job details, quotes, contracts, invoices, expenses, and notes. This data belongs to you.

Usage Data: We may collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps. This helps us improve the product.

Device & Technical Data: We collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device type when you access the Service.

• To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, invoices, receipts, subscription notices) via Resend
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access
• To improve the Service based on usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information or your clients' data to third parties. We do not use your business data for advertising.

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure. Your data is stored securely on Supabase-managed servers.
• Resend: Email delivery service used to send transactional emails on your behalf.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring party with notice to you.

Your data is stored on servers managed by Supabase, which uses industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, your data is archived (not immediately deleted) and remains accessible if you reactivate. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@jobbook360.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

When you enter your clients' names, contact information, or other details into the Service, you are the data controller for that information. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process your clients' data within the Service, and for complying with any applicable privacy laws governing that data.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. These are strictly necessary for the Service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from using the Service.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:
